The Body Coach ‘Shakes Up’ Chiswick Park
Instagram fitness megastar The Body Coach, AKA Joe Wicks, visited Chiswick Park to help motivate people to ‘Get Lean in 15’!
The event organised by the Enjoy-Work team saw global celebrity fitness Guru Joe deliver an informative session on health and fitness at home before giving a healthy recipe demonstration and take photos with Guests in a pop-up booth.
Joe shot to fame with his social media videos and photos showcasing his ‘lean in 15’ philosophy – that it takes just 15 minutes to get fit and eat healthily. A personal trainer he then went on to launch his 99 day SSS plan, which has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of people the world over.
After outlining his approach to nutrition and fitness, Joe gave a speedy demonstration of how to make his Fats Me Up smoothie and protein Shake, before challenging the audience to Beat The Body Coach with an on-stage Push-up-Off! Naturally, Joe kept the crown / Park member [name] proved s/he was top of her/his game to scoop a Lean In 15 book – although the real glory was the opportunity to say s/he Beat The Body Coach!
A lively Q&A session followed.
“My aim was to create a sustainable plan with tasty meals that would get people eating more food, training more effectively (and for much less time!) and burning fat,”

“At Chiswick Park we have a strong focus on wellbeing – food and exercise are so fundamental to people’s physical and mental health. It was fantastic to welcome Joe to the park and hear him energise people about how they could transform the way they eat and train,” said Graham White, CEO of Chiswick Park.
