CHISWICK PARK WORKERS JUMP INTO SUMMER
London, Friday 3 June 2015, there were a more than a few clammy palms and racing hearts at Chiswick Park. Not the usual lift climb to a meeting though, as 156 Guests were given the opportunity, to strap up and take the once-in-a-lifetime-opportunity to jump off the top of Building 4, Chiswick Park. Those who took on the challenge as part of the packed events summer schedule, ascended 82 feet to a breath-taking view of London’s skyline before they took the plunge and zip-lined 132 adrenaline-filled metres across the plaza and lake to the other side of the park.
Throughout the day Guests had opportunities to try out other activities such as rock climbing up and abseiling down a 9 metre high climbing wall. For those who liked to stay a little closer to the ground they had the chance to show off their best balancing acts on a professional Slackline; the art of walking along a thin strip of elastic.
This event was just one of this year’s fun filled calendar of events at Chiswick Park, designed to get people away from their desk at lunchtime, to bond with existing colleagues and meet some new faces.
