Guest Experience Host

Fancy working at one of London's leading and most exciting Business Parks?

Our Team of Guest Experience Hosts are the face and personification of the business park's brand ! Our hosts are spread throughout the Campus working as one team, despite being separated into different buildings. With this role you will be working with one other Guest Experience Host in the newest building to be opened on the Park ! You must be self-motivated and a real go-getter with the confidence and drive to make things happen. You must be flexible to work around the other buildings when needed and be passionate about lobby hosting and greeting each guest as they walk through the doors. Fluency in all Office products is a must.

The business park is home to some of the world’s leading companies; home to Global, European and National headquarters; home during the working day to thousands of people and to its all-pervasive belief that if people enjoy work, they do better work – if they do better work, you have a better business. It offers all the benefits of a busy business park without the hustle and bustle. The service standard expected is compared to that of a hotel type Concierge service, feet to greet, meet at the door, roaming the lobby area and directing guests accordingly. Each Guest Experience Host is responsible for the smooth operation of the building that they are assigned too. Including assisting and leading at all Campus wide events such as the award winning annual fireworks night, the annual "beach front" event every Summer and much more.

Shift pattern: 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday 50 hours per week.

Closest tube station: Gunnersbury, Chiswick, or Acton Town Tube Stations

Salary: £27,849.00
