Guest Experience Coordinator

**Job purpose: **

To support the Guest Experience Team with planning, promotion and delivery of campus events and activities, bringing to life the brand and optimal Guest experience through evolving engagement opportunities

Key accountabilities: Lead on the planning and delivery of our Concierge Services, being point of contact for our service providers, overseeing booking journeys with Guests, and ensuring the on-site facilities are of required standard

Lead on the booking journey for our Guests taking part in the Guest Experience Programme - ensuring all booked activities are as smooth and accurate as possible, acting as the point person for any enquiries, cancellations, or changes

Work with the Guest Experience Team to ensure the brand is represented with integrity, fun, and thoughtfulness in everything we do

Working with the Communications & Engagement Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of the Enjoy-Work App, supporting on content, access and enquiries

Support the Guest Experience Team with data insights and analysis – from programme engagement, app engagement, to website analytics, putting presentations together and contributing to departmental and business reports

Seek out new ideas and innovation in both the service and events delivery arenas

Take ownership in responding to general enquiries about the company and/ or current offerings – via phone, email and in-person

Manage the meeting rooms effectively and efficiently so that meetings can take place without delay and with all necessary equipment/ refreshments available

Other ad-hoc duties as may be required as part of the operations team and/or the overall business

Direct Reports: None

Supporting our Head of Guest Experience with all aspects of Concierge Services

Working alongside the Communications & Engagement Manager for brand and activity promotion

Work alongside the Event Experience Manager with planning and delivery of events and activities

Ability to focus on the big picture and prioritise while ensuring attention to detail

Be adaptable and flexible to changing requirements of the event and audience. Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs and prioritise accordingly

Good analytical skills – Critically analyse data to improve quality of deliverables and proposed solutions. Accuracy and attention to detail required

Confident decision maker and problem solver with a resilient and robust approach

Good IT Skills in all Microsoft Office applications and other project management tools
