The Quality Assurance Officer post reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, interfaces with the Deputy Registrar - Quality Assurance and Collaborative Provision, and will share responsibility for the unit's administrative function with a second administrator. The central function of the Quality Assurance Officer role is to maintain accurate, well-organised and comprehensive documentation, in support of the University's duties to key external bodies, including (but not limited to) the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), the Office for Students (OfS) and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE – US).
This role requires experience and proficiency with administrative practices and information management, excellent Microsoft Office skills and the confidence to work autonomously across diverse areas of responsibility.
