We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our Knowsley Site, it’s a fast paced and diverse role and when we say that two days are never the same, we’re not kidding. We are looking for someone who can join the team and work with QVC global partners, support the development, communicate and drive the short, medium and long term Quality strategies to protect the QVC brand by ensuring QVC only selling responsibly sourced and legally compliant consumer products, across all product categories.

You will have Responsible for setting and maintaining QVC standards, across all product categories, required to ensure the quality of both potential and actual product in conjunction with relevant legislation. And act as the Organization’s advocate for supporting and implementing the risk-based Product Requirements program with Vendors and Merchants.

The successful person will also manage the Quality Assurance/ operating budget and manage the Quality Assurance Team, and maintain a balanced allocation of resources between Product and Vendor Compliance.

Key skills required for this Quality Assurance Manager are;

  • Experience in retail quality management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience of setting, maintaining and managing quality standards across all consumer product types.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management theory, with evidence of an ability to apply this knowledge to consumer product & supply chain management.
  • Experience of working with an existing portfolio of products as well as working with new products and product initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK & European consumer legislation.
