Guest Experience Host will be directly employed by Portico ltd. Portico is a fully integrated Service Partner at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work. Both companies have the same values about ‘First class’ customer service. It’s about the customer journey, making it as pleasant as possible and always memorable. In the office industry, main reception has a key role in the day to day routine of all Guest and visitors. Our Guest Experience Team of Hosts are the first point of contact for our Guests and Visitors on the park; they should represent the Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work brand and values but also make sure they are as knowledgeable about the campus as any other team members. Guest Experience Host’s role is to support and contribute to an environment where collaboration, innovation and fun drive the ability of the team as a whole to deliver World Class Service. You will embrace a sense of ownership, take initiative and be motivated by collaborative success as well as finding ways to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

Job purpose and Key accountabilities:

  • Provide a professional first impression to reflect the Enjoy-Work brand and Guest companies on the Campus.
  • Ensure a service orientated meet and greet for all Guests and visitors.
  • Full ownership and responsibility of the reception area.
  • Support and advice on helpdesk requests, raising work orders and ensuring follow up.
  • Work with the Guest Support team by providing assistance with Guest passes, building access and parking requirements.
  • Work with Guest Services team on reception by providing the Seamless Service.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance Guest experience.
  • Guest Experience
  • Advance Guest relations by anticipating Guests needs and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with all Guests building a sense of support and community on the Park.
  • Co-ordinate Rescue kit solutions for the building.
  • Assist the Guest Experience team with initiatives, promotions and projects as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 1 year in a customer service role
  • Understanding and delivery of 5 service
  • Effective communicator – excellent command of both written and verbal English
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal / customer service orientation
  • Problem solving /Decision making

Working Hours:

08h00 – 18h00 Monday to Friday
