Marketing Coordinator

About Chiswick Park

Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million sq ft business campus located in West London, W4. Developed in 1999 and designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, it is today made up of 12 buildings, bringing together over 9,000 people from 67 of some of the world’s leading companies such as QVC, Discovery, Starbucks or Danone. Chiswick Park is set in 33 acres of landscape garden featuring a lake and waterfall. It also houses over 45,000 sq ft of retail space including an on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and a variety of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.

Chiswick Park is entirely managed by property management company, Enjoy-Work, which provides a range of services, facilities and entertainment for its guests on the park. The Enjoy-Work philosophy aims at providing an environment where people take pleasure at working and are therefore more productive in their work

Marketing Coordinator Role Purpose:

• To support on all marketing communications being delivered to both the Chiswick Park community who work on the campus and the internal Enjoy-Work team

• To provide fresh and exciting design solutions for a range of print and digital mediums that are aligned with the Chiswick Park brand guidelines

• Coordination of marketing projects from conception right through to implementation

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Working with the Marketing and Content Manager to develop and deliver marketing creative for Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work for a range of touchpoints including print, digital, and social media

• Provide the design function for all company projects and initiatives

• Support the marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for growth and development

• Photograph key elements of the Enjoy-Work proposition to use in our communications

Social Media

• Contribute ideas and concepts for social media output

• Creating Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn content for campaigns and initiatives

• Help identify and build relationships with social media influencers

• Manage social media content calendar and concept ideas before implementation

Project Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for wider business queries relating to marketing materials

• Liaising with key stakeholders internally and coordinating third party suppliers to deliver projects

• Seek opportunities to develop areas of the marketing communications remit

• Support the Guest Experience team and PR & Community Manager where required

Editorial

• Assist in writing, proof-reading and editing press releases, articles and website content

Skills Required:

• Skilled at Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Not essential but experience in Premier Pro and After Effects desired)

• Experience in using Social Media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Hootsuite)

• Proficient in MS Office programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• An interest in photography

Reporting Relationships:

• Reporting to the Marketing Manager

• Working closely with the Content Manager

• Working alongside our Guest Experience Team and PR & Community Manager

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Package:

• Salary - £28,500 per annum

• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
