About Chiswick Park

Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million sq ft business campus located in West London, W4. Developed in 1999 and designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, it is today made up of 12 buildings, bringing together over 9,000 people from 67 of some of the world’s leading companies such as QVC, Discovery, Starbucks or Danone. Chiswick Park is set in 33 acres of landscape garden featuring a lake and waterfall. It also houses over 45,000 sq ft of retail space including an on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and a variety of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.

Primary Objective of the Role

To oversee and manage all content across marketing channels, maintaining key digital/design partnerships, ensuring timely, relevant and brand representative material is communicated engagingly, consistently and progressively.



  • Own the digital content engagement plan, working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement it with support of the Marketing Co-ordinator

  • Act as custodian of the Brand Guidelines, ensuring the wider team are aware and engaged with the way we communicate as a company and brand

  • Support the wider marketing communications strategy, ensuring alignment and ability to deliver as a department and team


  • Manage Enjoy-Work’s online platforms: intranet & external web content, working closely with key partners to ensure efficient running & timely issue resolution where necessary

  • Continuously look at ways to improve the website user experience


  • Collate and platform content for promotional emails/ e-shots/ digital campaigns in accordance with current Park offerings & Guest communication contact list – implementation to be supported by the Marketing Co-ordinator


  • Ensure copy and imagery is generated in line with the strategy for both internal and external digital displays across the Park

  • Ensure timely scheduling of content on the CMS and liaise with platform partner(s) for software/ hardware issues within their contracted remit

  • Maintaining cross-departmental communication where needed in regards internal maintenance to safeguard and limit against display downtime

  • Ensure consistency of all digital and traditional content

  • Oversee design production, with the confidence to design and co-ordinate design where necessary


  • Partnering closely with the PR & Community Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator in:

  • Ensuring sourcing, uploading, and aligning of content is delivered to plan – implementation as supported by the Marketing Co-ordinator

  • Creating engaging campaigns and opportunity for interaction with audiences – as guided by/ collaborating with the PR & Community Manager where relevant to ensure our messaging and public profile is consistent at all times

  • Reporting on usage and engagement measurements (analytics & interaction), and assessing them for further developments


  • Own decisions (informed and tactical) around relevant and engaging content to make the app a valued resource for our Guest community

  • Ensure timely upload of content and consistency with internal website

  • Directly liaise with the relevant parties (internal & external) through mobilisation/ development and future functionality of the app


  • Keep abreast of development in the digital and marketing arena – commercial awareness

  • Lead on identifying new ideas and opportunities around engaging content, marketing tactics, and technology


  • Evaluate and communicate statistics and results on our digital offer using Google Analytics or other tracking tools relevant to the content platform

  • Generate insight from our analytics to inform partnerships and future strategy

  • Manage key supplier/ partner relationships and any associated tender-processes – acting as the point of liaison and sign-off (e.g. external agencies / external designers/ photographers and videographers)

  • Work closely in supporting the Marketing Co-ordinator with delivery of assigned tasks and responsibilities

  • Ad hoc duties – be ready to jump in and be involved at all levels to contribute to the success of the business as a whole

Person Specification


Marketing or writing background desirable


  • Great communication skills and the understanding of the importance of inspiring and brand aligned content

  • An understanding of audience and social media optimisation

  • A working technical knowledge of digital platforms

  • Proven experience of using digital technology to engage audiences

  • Experience of writing copy, proofing, and editing

  • Keen project management skills

  • Excellent partnering skills, relationship management and partnership development

  • A knowledge and interest in emerging trends and marketing techniques

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desirable

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £33,000 -£37,000 per annum

  • 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) + original contract & long server accrued leave

  • BUPA healthcare, dental, and travel

  • Pension scheme: 8% employer contribution with a minimum 3% employee contribution (auto-enrol at 1%)
