Position Type: Full-Time – Fixed Term (six-month) (Possibility of rolling over to permanent).

The DaVita International Finance team support finance teams across 10 different markets covering Europe, APAC and Latin America. It is a small team with very diverse responsibilities such as financial planning and analysis, M&A and strategic mid/long term financial development. Job Description

Role, Responsibilities and Accountabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, energetic and talented individual with previous experience as a Corporate Finance, FP&A Analyst/Manager or similar in the relevant field within a multi-national corporation to join a truly global and fast-paced international team.

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position, however, these are not exhaustive.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities * Review and forecast costs, revenues, cash-flows, balance sheets, and profits * Support strategy planning * Prepare documents and presentations for senior management and Board level executives

  • Take ownership of leading simplification, improvement of financial reporting projects

  • Analyse and report on current financial status of the organisation ensuring that stakeholders fully understand results

  • Prepare information for US Headquarters to be used for quarterly earning calls & external market reporting

Compare forecasted and actual results and partner with the country management teams to identify areas of improvement

Manage country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results

Participate in annual budgeting process

Develop policies, systems, analysis, and business case reporting processes

Work with confidential and commercially sensitive data

Support FP&A management with special projects and ad hoc requests that require financial and operational analysis

Qualifications and Certification Requirements

Following are the qualifications and certifications associated for this job position. Some are required and others are preferred.

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience working as a Corporate Finance/ FP&A / Finance Manager or in a similar role is required. Out of which at least 1 – 2 years in a multi-national corporate/ big finance / Big 4 division experience is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required from an accredited university with focus in any of the following:

  • Finance and Accounting

  • Economics
  • Business Management or
  • Any relevant subject.

  • Strong Excel/Power Point & modelling skills a must/ need to be able to build models from scratch/ review thoroughly

  • ACCA/ CIMA will be preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant IT skills & Accounting systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan, Oracle, BI tools or similar is preferred.
