Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the strategic financial planning of International business operations • Review monthly financials and prepare docs for earnings calls • Support due diligence/ valuation modelling work / post- Acqs financial analysis • Lead finance transformation projects • Active role in budgeting/ forecasting process across 10 markets – Europe, APAC, Latin America, US • Participate in the building of 5- year growth strategy plan • Manage country submissions and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results • Work with confidential and commercially sensitive data • Support FP&A management with special projects and ad hoc requests

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 5 years’ experience working as a Corporate Finance/ FP&A / Transactions/ Valuations Senior analyst/ associate or in a similar role is required. Out of which at least 1 – 2 years in a multi-national corporate/ big finance / Big 4 division experience is a must. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university • Strong Excel/Power Point & modelling skills • ACCA/ CIMA will be preferred • Proficiency in relevant IT skills & Accounting systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan, Oracle, BI tools or similar is preferred. • Attention to detail • Good stamina, resilience and humour; able to work well under pressure • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, maintains patience in high-pressure situations and takes initiative Personal attributes and skill-set • Attention to detail • Good stamina, resilience and humor; able to work well under pressure • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, maintains patience in high-pressure situations and takes initiative • Financial planning and analysis • Strategy • M&A • Finance • Accounting • Analytical Skills • Budgeting • Healthcare industry background preferred but not essential • Valuation/ Due diligence • Integration • Project management
