About Chiswick Park

Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million sq ft business campus located in West London, W4. Developed in 1999 and designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, it is today made up of 12 buildings, bringing together over 9,000 people from 67 of some of the world’s leading companies such as QVC, Discovery, Starbucks or Danone. Chiswick Park is set in 33 acres of landscape garden featuring a lake and waterfall. It also houses over 45,000 sq ft of retail space including an on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and a variety of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.

Chiswick Park is entirely managed by property management company, Enjoy-Work, which provides a range of services, facilities and entertainment for its guests on the park. The Enjoy-Work philosophy aims at providing an environment where people take pleasure at working and are therefore more productive in their work

Job purpose:

To be the face of the Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work (CPE-W) – managing the reception and championing world-class service for our visitors and guests. To lead and support on the planning and delivery of the Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work Guest Experience Programme (clubs and concierge services), helping to create consistently evolving engagement opportunities through the programmes in line with our brand proposition.

Key accountabilities:

RECEPTION

• Ensure the welcome area is consistently neat, tidy, and on-brand

• Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring they are assisted and looked after whilst visiting our offices

• Lead on VIP standards and the guest / visitor journey

• Act as a representative of CPE-W in responding to general enquiries about the company and/ or current offerings – via phone, email and in-person

• Manage the meeting rooms effectively and efficiently so that meetings can take place without delay and with all necessary equipment/ refreshments available

INITIATIVES

• Take ownership of the ‘info’ email / enquiries channel – fielding enquiries / directing them accordingly

• Be the booking champion - ensuring all booked activities are as smooth and accurate as possible, acting as the point person for any enquiries, cancellations, or changes

• Concierge Services & Learning Programme: - take an active lead on ensuring facilities such as Barber, Brow-Bar, and Manicure etc. , and the Learning Programme classes are hosted, communicated and supported from the Reception

-work in partnership with the Head of Guest Experience Manager and/or Guest Experience Programme Co-ordinator to manage supplier relationships, agreements, negotiations, and programme development

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Work closely with the Head of Guest Experience and Guest Experience Programme Co-ordinator to support duties related to pre, during, or post programme delivery

• Support the Marketing Manager and PR & Community Manager where relevant/ necessary • Be ready to support the wider business with day-to-day duties relevant to the role & business needs

GENERAL

• Be willing and able to support in putting presentations together and contributing to departmental and business reports • Seek out new ideas and innovation in both the service and events delivery arenas

• Ad hoc duties – be ready to jump in and be involved at all levels to contribute to the success of the business as a whole

• Ensure the brand is represented with integrity, fun, and thoughtfulness in everything we do

Person Specification

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

Organisational skills and multi-tasking

An understanding/ experience of event planning – idea creation and delivery

Experience of managing bookings

An understanding/ experience of the importance of service

Proficient IT skills and use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

A keen eye for detail and ability to measure, report, and identify data trends
