Forge has been appointed by Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work to provide Forge Bluepoint visitor management to process over 90,000 visitors annually.
Home to some of the world’s leading companies including Discovery, IMG, Starbucks and Pernod Ricard, Chiswick Park will use Forge Bluepoint, across its 1.8 million sq ft of award-winning space.
“The new Forge Bluepoint visitor management system will give us complete control of our booking process further improving our Guest and visitor experience. It will also ensure the safety of anyone visiting our Campus with contactless sign in, helping maintain social distancing and manage contact tracing.”
Forge Bluepoint will ensure visitors experience a world-class service with minimum delay and disruption on arrival. The 10,000 guests (staff) at Chiswick Park will invite their visitors using Forge Bluepoint which sends a branded email invite with a unique QR code for the visitor to use to check-in for their appointment.
When visitors arrive, they will use a contactless kiosk to scan their QR code, this will check them in and automatically notify the guest of their arrival.
Safety and security are a priority at Chiswick Park, and rich data provided by Forge Bluepoint will empower the team by giving Enjoy-Work and the individual companies on the park a real-time awareness of visitors coming to the park and an understanding of their duration on site. As a cloud-based solution all details will be held securely in the cloud with easy access for compliance and if required, contact tracing due to the pandemic.
