We are proud to let you know that we have just partnered with Unitrust and the Safer Business Network to launch a ‘Safe Haven’ in Building 3 from August 1st 2025.
A Safe Haven is “A place of temporary refuge for a person to facilitate their onward journey. Whilst the Safe Haven cannot provide specialist interventions, staff can contact emergency services and/or signpost to specialist services where needed”.
Chiswick Park is one of many Safe Havens across London and they are there primarily there to support women who are feeling vulnerable, whether after too many drinks on a night out, they’re separated from their friends, their phone is out of battery or it’s been stolen, ‘Safe Haven’ is there for them to be somewhere safe whilst they compose themselves and arrange for their onward journey.
The Guest Support Team here at Chiswick Park have been trained to support this new offering and it is accessible by anyone who needs help whether a Guest on the Park or someone from the wider Community.
This service will be open 24 hrs a day 365 days a year, both during operating hours and out.
