Appointment strengthens leadership and supports the long-term vision for Chiswick Park
London, UK – 13.08.2026 – Chiswick Park Estate Management has appointed Ricardo Jonathan as Estate Director, reinforcing its commitment to strong leadership, continuity and the long-term success of the Estate.
In his new role, Ricardo will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of Chiswick Park, working closely with the on-site Estate Management Team and key stakeholders to ensure the continued delivery of a high-quality experience for occupiers and visitors.
Ricardo brings more than 15 years of experience across the facilities management and operations sector. Prior to his appointment, he managed 25 North Colonnade in Canary Wharf, where he was responsible for the smooth operation and management of the whole building. Ricardo has also been part of Revantage Real Estate, the Asset Manager for the majority of Chiswick Park, for more than five years, providing him with an established understanding of the Estate, its stakeholders and the wider property landscape.
His extensive operational experience and knowledge of the Estate will support Chiswick Park as it continues to evolve. Ricardo will focus on maintaining the high standards of service and experience that occupiers and visitors expect, while working with the wider team to identify opportunities for the Estate to develop and respond to the changing needs of its community.
The appointment marks an important step in supporting the continued success of Chiswick Park, providing both stability and a clear focus on its future direction.
