Revolutionising the way we work isn’t just about spaces, tech, or strategy — it’s also about the little things that shape everyday experiences.
At Enjoy-Work, we’re bold, innovative, and always aiming to lead the way. But above all, we believe in being engaging— in everything we do.
That’s why this year, we’re introducing something a bit unexpected at our events: hand-painted, visually striking bins. Yes, bins.
Each one is uniquely themed to reflect the ethos and creativity of Enjoy-Work — turning something usually overlooked into a piece of the experience.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible talent of two artists: Laura Rispoli, who designed the general waste and dry mixed recycling bins; and Jessica Zeal, who brought the food caddies to life.
” This project gave me the opportunity to transform ordinary food caddies into vibrant canvases, turning something often overlooked into a source of colour and joy. I used bold patterns and bright colours that I felt captured the essence and uniqueness of Chiswick Park best. The aim of this project was to bring life and personality to the everyday, inviting people to see beauty in the unexpected corners of their environment. ” said Jessica
And Laura stated: ” After working in retail for 20 years as a visual merchandiser I was devastated to be made redundant as a consequence of the high street closures happening at the time. I decided to turn the dream of starting my own business into reality. Art had always been a passion of mine and I would often paint clothes for friends and their children. In the beginning my clients were mainly brides to be wanting a bespoke piece for photos and a keepsake of their special day. As the business has grew I also had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with Paperchase for a social media campaign and run a workshop at Asos. After being asked about creating a design for the bins at Chiswick Park I drew inspiration from the artwork used in one of the CPEM meeting rooms. From this I knew I wanted to use a colour palette of green, yellow and purple. I also really wanted to celebrate the bio diversity at Chiswick Park – the insects, the flowers, the nature. In particular I wanted to depict the bee, a hard working team member to represent this ethos. “
Because if we’re rethinking the way we work, why not rethink the way we bin too?
